Health Behavior Journal

The health behavior journal linked bellow is a video collection of my progress in identifying an unfavorable health behavior, implementing intervention strategies, and the results of the trial. The behavior I chose to combat was sleep deprivation in hopes of reducing stress, moodiness, and alertness. This project pertains to Area III of the Health Educator Competencies because it requires the implementation of reformation and education.
